PREPARATION
1.
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2.
Butter one side of each of the 4 slices of bread.
3.
Spread the fig spread on the other side of each piece.
4.
Lay two slices buttered side down, in the pan.
5.
Add 2 slices of cheese and lay the top piece of bread on the cheese, fig spread side down.
6.
Fry each side for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and serve immediately.
