PREPARATION
1.
Thoroughly mix the ground chicken with the garlic, cilantro, shallots, red chili, fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
2.
Form the mixture into 4 burgers, each about 3/4 inch thick.
3.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
4.
Rub each burger on both sides with a bit of the oil and grill for 8 minutes on the first side and another 5 minutes on the second side. They are done when they are firm to the touch.
