PREPARATION
1.
Dice the mango and chop the prosciutto and parsley.
2.
In a bowl, add the diced mango and chopped parsley and squeeze half a lime over the mango/parsley. Mix well.
3.
Toast 4 slices of bread to desired level of crispness. While bread is toasting, roughly chop the prosciutto into smaller pieces.
4.
Spread each piece of toast with cream cheese.
5.
Add a few pieces of chopped prosciutto and top with a spoonful of mango/lime/parsley mixture and serve.
