PREPARATION
1.
Combine black and kalamata olives in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Remove to a bowl.
2.
Combine olive oil, garlic cloves, capers, mustard, and seasonings in a food processor and process until garlic and capers are minced.
3.
Pour olive oil mixture over olives and stir until combined.

Serves well with sliced baguette.
