PREPARATION
1.
In a large frying pan, add the ground pork, diced onion, minced garlic, and the diced red pepper.
2.
Cook, stirring frequently, until the pork is cooked throughout.
3.
Heat the flour tortillas and assemble immediately so they are served warm.
4.
Spoon some of the ground pork mixture into the middle of the tortilla.
5.
Top with some yellow bell pepper and some kalamata olives.
6.
Sprinkle some chopped dill on top and roll up into a burrito.
