PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
3.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper.
4.
Drain excess fat. Stir in the noodles, mozzarella, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart dish.
5.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, top with the cheddar cheese and pepperoni, then bake for 10 more minutes. Serve immediately.
