PREPARATION
1.
In a medium bowl, stir together the raspberries, lemon juice, coconut milk, chia seeds, and vanilla.
2.
Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes so the chia seeds can thicken.
3.
Fill 6 ice pop molds of choice with the raspberry mixture and place in freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
