PREPARATION
HOW TO PREPARE THE ORANGE MARMALADE
1.
Follow the steps in the dependent recipe to make the marmalade.
PREPARING THE BAGUETTE AND BRIE
2.
Preheat the oven to broil.
3.
slice the baguette in half and lay the bottom on a baking sheet.
4.
Layer the brie cheese over the bottom of each sandwich.
5.
Place the top pieces on the baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the brie cheese begins to melt and the bread gets a nice crisp.
GRILLING THE CHICKEN
6.
On a grill or using a grill pan, over medium-high heat, grill the chicken breast.
7.
Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the middle. This time will vary depending on the thickness of the breast.
8.
Once the chicken is done, slice into strips.
ASSEMBLING THE SANDWICH
9.
Spread the orange marmalade over the top half of the sandwich.
10.
Layer the apple slices and the grilled chicken over the brie cheese.
11.
Close the sandwich and cut in half and serve immediately.
