PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2.
Slice the bagels in half and place on a baking sheet. Layer the bottom slices with ~6 slices of brie cheese.
3.
Top with 1/4 cup of blueberries.
4.
Bake at 375 F for 7-10 minutes, (open faced) or until the brie cheese is melted and the blueberries are releasing juices.
5.
Remove from the oven, put the tops on and serve immediately.
