PREPARATION
1.
Toast the rye bread (or rolls) to desired level of crispness.
2.
Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese on each slice.
3.
Add ~8 spinach leaves (more or less to taste).
4.
Add a layer of strawberries and a layer of salmon.
5.
Place the top of the sandwich on and serve.
