PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 350F. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with olive oil.
COATING THE CHICKEN

Add the 4 chicken pieces to the baking dish.

In a skillet or frying pan, sauté garlic in oil for one to two minutes, stirring constantly, taking care that it doesn’t burn.

Move the garlic to a bowl and add the honey, chili sauce, paprika, ketchup, hot sauce, and salt.

Mix very well until all ingredients are mixed together.

Add the breadcrumbs and mix well.

Coat each piece of chicken with the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure at least one full side is coated, can coat both if desired.
BAKING THE CHICKEN

Cover the baking dish with foil. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink on the inside and cooked through.
