PREPARATION
1.
Trim the ends off of each cucumber, slice lengthwise, and remove seeds. Once seeds are removed, slice diagonally into pieces.
2.
Slice the smoked salmon into thin strips, enough to wrap around each piece of cucumber.
3.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Taste and adjust accordingly.
4.
Spoon a dollop of cream cheese onto each slice of cucumber and wrap a piece of salmon around it.
5.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve chilled.
