PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
2.
Slice each chicken breast open, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3.
Add 1/2 tbsp of pesto to one side of the opened breast.
4.
Add 2 slices of deli ham, 2 slices of tomato and close.
5.
Place breasts into a baking dish and season the tops with salt and pepper.
6.
Mix the two cheeses together and sprinkle over the chicken breasts.
7.
Bake 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken breasts have an internal temp of 165F and there is no pink.
