Chop the lettuce up into bite-size pieces and add to a large bowl.
To the lettuce add the cucumber, tomato, olives, and red onion.
Sprinkle the feta cheese over and thoroughly combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pour this over the salad and toss well.
Serve immediately, as the lettuce starts to wilt if left too long.
