PREPARATION
1.
Cook rice according to the instructions on the package.
2.
While rice is cooking, mix together the raisins, pomegranate seeds, shredded carrots and diced celery.
3.
When rice is done, allow to cool a bit. Once cooled, mix all ingredients together and serve at room temperature.
