PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with 3 tbsp olive oil.

Place the cod in the dish and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4.
Sprinkle the garlic cloves all around the cod.
5.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until garlic cloves are soft and fish is just cooked through.
6.
Plate a cod fillet and add some cooked garlic cloves and drizzle with the garlic olive oil from the baking dish.
