PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
2.
Trim the ends off of the baguette and discard. Slice the baguette into ~10-12 slices.
3.
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, until bread reaches your desired level of crispness.
PREPARING THE NUT/SEED TOPPING
4.
Chop the walnuts and cashews. Add the raw pumpkin seeds, cashews, walnuts and pine nuts together in a bowl and mix until nuts are combined.
ASSEMBLING THE CROSTINI
5.
Spoon 1 tbsp of jam onto each toasted slice of baguette.
6.
Top with 1-2 slices of brie cheese.
7.
Sprinkle with the nut/seed mixture and serve.
