Preheat oven to 350 F.
While oven is preheating, slice the baguette into ~12 slices and brush each slice with olive oil.
Place in oven to toast for 5-10 minutes. Check after 5 minutes and leave in longer to desired level of crispiness.
While the baguette slices are toasting, prepare the pear/prosciutto/blue cheese wrap.
Slice 12 slices of pear. Lay one slice of prosciutto down, place the pear slice at one end, place a few blue cheese crumbles around it and one or two arugula leaves. Start wrapping the pear, blue cheese and arugula in the prosciutto. Repeat this for all 12 pear slices.
Place each pear wrap on top of each toasted slice of bread and serve.
NOTES, TIPS, TRICKS, HINTS, ETC:
You can use any type of bread desired. If using full slices of bread instead of baguette size, you can quarter each piece and make the servings a bit smaller.
