PREPARATION
1.
Using a mandolin, slice the cucumber(s) into 8 relatively thin horizontal slices.
2.
Freshly chop the dill and mix well with 8 ounces of cream cheese.
3.
Slice each cheese slice into 8 thin slices (16 total).
4.
Cut each piece of ham to equal 8 long slices.
5.
Lay each slice of cucumber out. Spread desired amount of cream cheese over cucumber. Lay 2 slices of cheese on top of cream cheese. Top with a piece of deli ham.
6.
Roll the cucumber up as tight as you can. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
