PREPARATION
PREPARING THE BACON
1.
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp.
2.
Line a plate with paper towels and place cooked bacon on the paper towels to drain.
COOKING THE SANDWICH
3.
Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place bread, butter side down, in skillet.
4.
Top one piece of bread with cheese and bacon. Top the other piece of bread with blackberry jam.
5.
Put sandwich together; grill over medium heat, flipping after 4-5 minutes.
6.
Grill until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
