PREPARATION
INGREDIENT PREPARATION
1.
Cook the bacon, set aside. Dice the tomato, and onion. Chop the lettuce. Slice the avocado. Grate the cheese.
ASSEMBLE THE WRAP
2.
Start with a flour tortilla. We use the large kind for these but the small ones will work also.
3.
Spread on some mayonnaise in a line down the center from top to bottom.
4.
Add 2 slices of bacon.
5.
Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado.
6.
Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.
7.
Roll it all up and enjoy.
NOTES, TIPS, TRICKS, HINTS, ETC:
An adult can easily eat two of these for a meal. Kids eat between 1 and 2 (sometimes the 2nd wrap is just small with fewer ingredients).
