PREPARATION
1.
Cook the bow tie pasta according to instructions on the package.
2.
Drain and cool pasta.
3.
While pasta is cooking or cooling, cut broccoli into florets. Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil broccoli and peas together for 5-6 minutes. You don't want to fully cook them, just soften them a bit.
4.
Drain and cool broccoli.
5.
Add cooled pasta to a large serving bowl and add fresh dill, italian seasoning, cooled broccoli, and peas.
6.
Add a small drizzle of olive oil and mix well and serve.
