PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
2.
Slice the baguette, tomatoes, and brie cheese.
3.
Lay the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
4.
Top with tomato slices and brie slices, alternating between the two.
5.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over each piece along with the capers.
6.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the brie is slightly melted and the tomatoes begin to wilt a bit. Remove and serve warm.
