PREPARATION
1.
Slice the baguette into thin slices.
2.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the honey until it is warm and starting to bubble.
3.
Add the pear slices and cook until they are softened and well coated, about 2 minutes each side.
4.
Spoon a thin layer of ricotta on each piece of sliced baguette.
5.
Add 1-2 cooked slices of pear.
6.
Sprinkle with pine nuts and place on a serving platter.
