PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.
Mix brown sugar and spices in small bowl.
3.
Rub spice mixture onto both sides of ribs.
4.
Place ribs in single layer in foil-lined roasting pan and cover with foil.
5.
Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
6.
Remove, brush ribs with maple syrup, and return to the oven for 5 minutes or until browned.
7.
Remove and serve immediately.
