PREPARATION
1.
Trim about half the fat off the bacon, and then chop into 1/2-inch pieces.
2.
Mix together with the cheese and onions in a bowl, and then sprinkle in the salt and black pepper and mix again thoroughly.
3.
Mix in the beef by hand.
4.
Divide the mixture among the wrappers and seal using water around the edges.
5.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil the dumplings until the beef is fully cooked through.
6.
Serve garnished with green onion and bacon crumbles if desired.
