PREPARATION
PREPARING THE COD
1.
Heat oven to 450°F.
2.
Coat oven safe pan with oil or cooking spray.
3.
Place cod in pan, skin side down.
4.
Sprinkle chili powder, oregano, and salt.
5.
Roast 5-7 minutes until opaque.
PREPARING LIME SAUCE
6.
While fish is cooking, melt butter in small saucepan.
7.
Add cumin and lime juice and cook for 1 more minute.
TO SERVE
8.
Plate the baked cod fillets up and drizzle the lime sauce over each fillet. Serve with side(s) of choice.
