PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to broil.
2.
Slice the baguette and lay the slices on a baking sheet.
3.
Brush each slice with olive oil.
4.
Top each slice with a piece of brie cheese.
5.
Place in the broiler for 10 minutes, or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
6.
Spoon a small spoonful of cranberry sauce, or choice of jam on top of the melted brie.
7.
Top with feta crumbles and serve immediately.
