PREPARATION
1.
In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
2.
Roll into balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
3.
While the peanut butter balls are hardening in the freezer, melt the chocolate over low heat so it doesn't burn.
4.
Remove the peanut butter balls from the freezer. Roll in the dark chocolate and immediately place back into the freezer to harden. For less mess, insert a toothpick into the peanut butter balls and dip into the chocolate.
NOTES, TIPS, TRICKS, HINTS, ETC:
These are good topped with shredded coconut or sea salt.
