The bubble tea you normally purchase at a bubble tea store is so wickedly over-sweetened that parents need an alternative that's much healthier.

PREPARATION
PREPARE TAPIOCA PEARLS
1.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil.Let the pearls cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat and let them simmer to another 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bath of cold water.
PREPARE THE TEA
2.
Make a cup of peach tea. Set it aside in the refrigerator or freezer to cool it down. I usually brew my tea with less water than normal and then add ice to cool it down more quickly.
IN A BLENDER...
3.
Combine the tea, milk, honey, and peach slices in a blender. You can add ice if your kids like ice chips in their bubble tea. Blend for just a few seconds to combine.
ASSEMBLE
4.
Pour the blended mixture into a cup, add the tapioca pearls, and enjoy.
