PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
2.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken breast, chopped cilantro, egg, cumin, salt, garlic powder and onion powder and mix to thoroughly combine.
3.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook until chicken is cooked through.
4.
Cut Hawaiian rolls lengthwise, keeping them altogether and place bottom in baking dish or on baking pan.
5.
Scoop cooked mixture onto the bottom half of the rolls, spreading out evenly.
6.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over cooked chicken mixture and put top of rolls on.
7.
Brush top of rolls with melted butter and put into preheated oven.
8.
Cook for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are slightly browning.
9.
Remove from oven and cut along roll lines.
10.
Add garnish of choice.
