PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to a broil.
2.
Cut each piece of prosciutto in half lengthwise.
3.
Cut the cheese the same width of the prosciutto slice and place at one end.
4.
Begin rolling, wrapping the prosciutto around the cheese.
5.
Secure with a toothpick.
6.
Place all rolls on a baking sheet and place in the broiler for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is beginning to soften but not melt. The edges of the prosciutto should be slightly crisp as well.
