PREPARATION
1.
Prepare the pasta according to the directions on the package.
2.
In a large frying pan, add the spinach and minced garlic. Cook until the spinach has wilted and the garlic is fragrant.
3.
Divide the pasta among 4 bowls/plates. Top with wilted spinach and garlic and sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan. Add pine nuts and serve immediately.
