PREPARATION
1.
Toast the bread slices to desired level of crispness.
2.
While bread is toasting, add the ricotta and honey into a bowl and mix well together.
3.
Once bread is done toasting, spread the ricotta/honey mixture in a thick layer on one side of each sandwich.
4.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the ricotta.
5.
Top with peach slices and add the remaining slice of bread on top. Serve immediately.
