PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
2.
Lay out the puff pastry flat on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
3.
Brush the puff pastry with the honey. Make sure to use it all.
4.
Layer the pear slices over the honey glazed puff pastry.
5.
Sprinkle with the cashews and walnuts.
6.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
7.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pear is tender and the puff pastry has puffed!
8.
Remove, cut, and serve immediately.
