PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

PREPARING THE SALMON

In a shallow sauce pan, add wine, lemon, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Bring to a low simmer.

Add salmon and poach until cooked, turning once.
5.
Allow to cool and set aside.

Once cooled, flake salmon into bite sized pieces. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
PREPARING THE LASAGNA NOODLES

While salmon is refrigerating, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
ASSEMBLING THE LASAGNA

Oil a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Layer 1/3 of pasta, spinach, salmon, crème fraiche sauce and cheeses. Repeat layers three times and make sure cheese is on the top.
BAKING THE LASAGNA
10.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
11.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
