PREPARATION
1.
Over medium heat, lay bacon out in a frying pan or skillet and cook until very crispy.
2.
While bacon is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the brussels sprouts until tender. This should take around 7 minutes.
3.
Heat the grape seed oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat. Add the brussels sprouts and sprinkle with salt to taste.
4.
Cook them on high heat, stirring once they begin to brown, nearly charring. This should take 5-6 minutes to brown the whole sprout.
5.
The bacon should be done by this time. Place on a paper towel lined plate to drain the grease. Crush the bacon into bite size pieces.
6.
Add the brussels sprouts and bacon to a large bowl and squeeze the lemon juice over the bowl. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
7.
Drizzle with Sriracha and serve.
