PREPARATION
1.
Cut the croissants in half.
2.
Place the lettuce on the bottom, add the brie slices and layer sliced strawberries over the brie.
3.
Spread 1 tbsp of fig spread (or more to taste) on the top half of the croissant and place on top of strawberries.
