PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, ¼ cup of ketchup, and all remaining ingredients and mix well with your hands.
3.
Transfer mixture to an oiled baking dish and form it evenly into a loaf shape.
4.
Spread the remaining ketchup over the top and sides of the loaf.
5.
Bake for 40 minutes.
6.
Slice and serve immediately.
