PREPARATION
PREPARING THE CHICKEN
1.
Wash the chicken breast and dice into small cubes.
2.
In a pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook until done, about 8-10 minutes.
PREPARING THE SALAD

In a large bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, apples, raisins, grapes, celery, walnuts, and cooked chicken.
4.
ASSEMBLING THE SANDWICH

If desired, toast the ciabatta bread to desired level of crispness (optional).
6.
Spoon a few spoonfuls of the salad mixture onto the bread and close the sandwich.
