PREPARATION
1.
Stir olive oil and lime juice together, set aside.
2.
Toss watermelon, baby cucumbers, and feta cheese together in a large bowl.
3.
Pour the oil/lime juice mixture over the watermelon mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle mint over the salad; toss.
