PREPARATION
1.
Butter one side of all four slices of bread.
2.
Lay two slices, buttered side down, in a large skillet.
3.
Layer salami and cheese onto each piece of bread in the skillet. Sprinkle chopped basil over the salami and cheese.
4.
Spread blackberry jam on the other slice of bread on the side that is not buttered and lay, jam side down, on top of the salami and cheese.

Turn the heat to medium-high and cook both sides for 4-5 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is completely melted.
