PREPARATION
1.
In jar or medium bowl, combine vinaigrette ingredients well: oil, salt, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and thyme.
2.
On plate, assemble sliced peaches, tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette on top.
