PREPARATION
1.
Toast the 4 slices of sourdough bread.
2.
While bread is toasting, make the whipped goat cheese spread.
3.
Add 1/4 cup of the goat cheese spread to one piece of each sandwich. Can use more if desired and put on both slices of bread.
4.
Slice the radish somewhat thinly and add as many slices as desired on top of goat cheese spread.
5.
Slice the cucumber somewhat thinly and add on top of radish.
6.
Slice the green onion and sprinkle on top of cucumber and place second slice of toasted sourdough on top and serve.
