PREPARATION
1.
Combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic clove, lemon juice and thyme leaves in a food processor.
2.
Process until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
3.
If mixing chives (or green onion) into mixture, add now and fold them in to distribute evenly.
4.
If using chives (or green onion) as garnish, sprinkle over spread and serve.
