PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
PREPARING THE SALMON
2.
In a baking dish, lightly coat the bottom with olive oil.
3.
Salt and pepper the salmon according to taste and place in the baking dish, skin side down.
4.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until flaky.
PREPARING THE JALAPENO-CILANTRO CREAM

ASSEMBLING THE SANDWICH

Once the salmon is done, remove the skin and cut into smaller pieces.
7.
Lay the bottoms of the ciabatta buns flat and add one leaf of red leaf lettuce.
8.
Add some pieces of salmon and drizzle your desired amount of sauce over the salmon and lettuce.
9.
Sprinkle with capers and add another leaf of lettuce. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
