PREPARATION
HOW TO MAKE WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE SPREAD
1.
Follow the steps in the dependent recipe to make the goat cheese spread.
2.
Add the fresh or dried thyme to the goat cheese spread.
PREPARING THE INGREDIENTS

Remove the seeds and finely chop both the red and yellow bell pepper.
4.
Chop the prosciutto into small pieces.
5.
Peel and separate the tangerines. Cut each piece in half.
6.
Quarter each piece of white cheddar into 4 smaller triangles.
ASSEMBLING THE CANAPE
7.
Add a small spoonful to one cracker and top with another cracker. Repeat for all crackers.
8.
Add another small spoonful on top of the second cracker.
9.
Sprinkle with diced peppers and top with prosciutto, one cheese triangle, a piece of tangerine and one green olive.
10.
Can garnish with parsley if desired or serve as is.
