PREPARATION
1.
Make pizza dough according to instructions - see dependent recipe.
2.
Preheat oven to 350F.
3.
Separate pizza dough into 6 small dough balls.
4.
Flatten each dough ball on a floured surface. Use a rolling pin and flatten to desired thickness.
5.
Spread tomato paste on each mini pizza.
6.
Sprinkle italian seasoning and a pinch of paprika on over the tomato paste.
7.
Place 2-3 slices of tomato on top of tomato paste and then place mozzarella pieces over tomato.
8.
Place mini pizzas on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Cook longer if a crispy crust is desired.
9.
Top with fresh basil.
