Peel and slice the blood oranges.
Wash, trim and slice the radishes into thin slices.
Add 1 cup of loosely packed spinach to each plate.
Add the slices of one blood orange to each plate.
Add two sliced radishes to each plate.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds over each plate.
Drizzle with citrus dressing if desired and serve.
