PREPARATION
1.
Prepare pizza dough according to recipe (see dependent recipe).
2.
Preheat oven to 400F.
3.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
4.
Top sparingly with tomato paste, add cherry tomatoes and slices of mozzarella cheese.
5.
Put into oven for 15-20 minutes. While pizza cooks, roll up prosciutto slices and cut the figs into slices.
6.
Once pizza is done, remove and top with prosciutto, black olives and arugula.
